This is the fastest way to see how many individuals have submitted an online form, such as an advocacy form.

Step-by-step guide

1.    Go to Create a New List.

2.    Scroll to and expand the Online Forms section.

3.    In the first dropdown box, select Include.

4.    Under Form Name, choose the name of the alert (i.e. (WA) Email alert- PSCAA). Hint: It’s usually fastest to start typing part of the form name, such as PSCAA, to find it in the drop down list.

5.    In the righthand column, click the blue Preview My Results button.

6.    Voila! That’s the number of individuals who have completed the advocacy form.

7.    You can click Run Search to build a list of those folks and see who they are.

This number will likely be lower than the number of form submissions that you can see on the Online Actions dashboard. That's because people can submit a form more than once. The dashboard number is the total number of all submissions, including when one individual submits the form multiple times, whereas the Create A List method described above returns the number of individuals who submitted the form, regardless of how many times they did so.
